CSG - Risk Trading
CSG Risk Trading takes and then distributes risk on behalf of corporate, FIG, institutional investor, PWM and other key bank clients. The team has broad experience across public and private asset classes and leverages the skills of GMS and relationships of CIB, CMTS, ICG and PWM. CSG Risk Trading provides valuable funding, structuring and hedging solutions that cannot be provided easily by other product areas in the bank.
CSG - New Issue & Asset Finance
The New Issue & Asset Finance team, part of Global Credit, has teams based in New York and London, is responsible for the origination, structuring and marketing of asset-backed securities and receivables financing. The group focuses on the securitisation of consumer loans, including automobile loans, credit card receivables, home equity loans, student loans, in addition to customized solutions for more unusual receivables including cellular tower lease payments.
Commercial Real Estate
Deutsche Bank's Commercial Real Estate Group ("CRE") provides financing to public corporations, private equity groups and individuals owning or acquiring commercial real estate assets in all property types including hotel & lodging, industrial, manufactured housing, multifamily, office and retail within the US, Asian and European markets.
Working in conjunction with Deutsche Bank’s financial institution and real estate groups, CRE provides advisory expertise to Real Estate companies, Financial Institutions and Government agencies.
Asset Finance & Leasing
Asset Finance & Leasing (AFL) offers structured and innovative asset financing solutions across a wide range of industry sectors. Our focus is on finding the most efficient solution for the specific asset and our client’s needs. To achieve that, we leverage close co-operations with our colleagues in Corporate Finance, Markets and PCAM. We have a culture of innovation combined with both technical and industry-specific expertise. Fresh ideas are our main asset.
